Excellent customer service both times I've had roadside emergencies. AAA dispatched Johnson's Auto and it all went perfectly after that. If AAA sends them - NO worries! Sit back and relax, wait for them to arrive post haste.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loyal Customer for Life! The Best Service and Integrity! After Craig and his team at Johnston's Auto Body did a flawless job on our Range Rover, we didn't hesitate to bring our Hummer EV truck in for specialty work—and once again, they exceeded all expectations! The job list was specific: installing two heavy-duty recovery hooks, fixing a small chip in the front, and applying a full winter protection coating to prepare it for the NY cold. The work was done quickly, meticulously, and with the kind of expert precision you’d expect for a high-end vehicle. What truly solidifies Craig’s reputation is his character. Because we were returning customers, Craig performed all of the requested work on the Hummer EV—the hook installation, the chip repair, the winter coating, and a comprehensive vehicle inspection—completely free of charge. He insisted on this incredible gesture of loyalty, simply saying, "We take care of our customers." That genuine care and staggering generosity, coupled with his impeccable high-quality work, is simply unmatched. Johnston’s Auto Body is more than just a shop; it’s a business built on trust and exceptional service. If you want the best work done by t

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beyond Expectation! The Only Body Shop You Need in Utica! I cannot recommend Johnston's Auto Body enough! The service we received from Craig and his team was truly exceptional and completely blew away every other auto body experience we've ever had. We brought our Range Rover in for some body work, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely cared for. Craig, the owner, is an amazing person. He noticed we were worried about getting home and, without hesitation, generously lent us a car. That level of personal care and concern for his customers is rare and deeply appreciated. The work itself was flawless—our Range Rover looks perfect. But Craig didn't stop there. They also thoroughly washed the vehicle and performed a complete inspection. The most unbelievable part? Johnston's Auto Body charged us less than half of the quotes we received from three other reputable shops. You simply cannot beat this combination of world-class quality, unbelievable value, and genuine, personalized customer service. If you are in the Utica area and need ANY kind of auto body work, look no further. Craig and his team are the absolute best. Five stars is not high enough!

My husband had a rear axle snap on his Model T and they came and figured out a way to get it on the flatbed and take it to our house and get it into our garage. Very friendly and took extra care to get everything done safely.

Not sure how anyone CAN NOT rate Johnston's Towing 5 stars! Carl was on time, professional, personable and experienced no questions asked! Would recommend to any friend or family in need. Whether the middle of the night on a holiday or heat index of 98, he made other local tow companies look foolish! After other companies refused the job, Carl was the right man for it! Keep him around and continue the expertise your company provides our community! Thank you, thank you
